Emote Consulting were founded by Duncan Wardley in 2021 with the aim of using the science of positive psychology to unleash the potential of individual leaders, teams, and organizations. Duncan was previously partner in a global consulting firm and is an author and thought leader on motivational strategies. Through his academic work he saw the opportunity to apply neuroscience and psychology research findings to help leaders create thriving organisations. Emote now work with blue-chip clients in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Empirical studies from Harvard, LBS, and others have shown that knowing and sharing our best selves improves team dynamics (trust, learning, performance), reduces quitting, improves customer satisfaction, improves employee engagement, and dramatically improves creative problem solving.
